Steamed broccoli with green tea and samphire
- 1 broccoli, florets only
- 1 tbsp green tea salt Can be sea salt
- 1 tbsp samphire salt, dried samphire
- Cut the florets from the broccoli stalk.
- Steam the broccoli until tender. (5 to 10 minutes)
- Crush the salt in a mortar with the dried samphire.
- Pass through a sieve and sprinkle over the broccoli.
