Ingredients
  

  • 1 broccoli, florets only
  • 1 tbsp green tea salt Can be sea salt
  • 1 tbsp samphire salt, dried samphire

Instructions
 

  • Cut the florets from the broccoli stalk.
  • Steam the broccoli until tender. (5 to 10 minutes)
  • Crush the salt in a mortar with the dried samphire.
  • Pass through a sieve and sprinkle over the broccoli.
