Steamed broccoli with green tea and samphire

Traditional steamed broccoli.

  • 1 broccoli, florets only
  • 1 tbsp green tea salt (Can be sea salt)
  • 1 tbsp samphire salt, dried samphire
  1. Cut the florets from the broccoli stalk.

  2. Steam the broccoli until tender. (5 to 10 minutes)

  3. Crush the salt in a mortar with the dried samphire.

  4. Pass through a sieve and sprinkle over the broccoli.
