Steamed broccoli with green tea and samphire
Traditional steamed broccoli.
- 1 broccoli, florets only
- 1 tbsp green tea salt (Can be sea salt)
- 1 tbsp samphire salt, dried samphire
Cut the florets from the broccoli stalk.
Steam the broccoli until tender. (5 to 10 minutes)
Crush the salt in a mortar with the dried samphire.
Pass through a sieve and sprinkle over the broccoli.
