Banana Berry Pancakes
For the pancakes:
- 1 large banana (peeled and sliced)
- 128 grams complete pancake mix
- 118 grams water
For the topping:
- 128 grams unsweetened frozen strawberries (thawed and sliced)
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
For the pancakes:
- Place bananas in a medium bowl and mash with a fork.
