It’s recommended by the Office of Dietary Supplements to have 2.4 micrograms of Vitamin B-12 a day. 3 ounces of salmon contains nearly 5 micrograms of Vitamin B-12, while the same amount of chicken breast contains only 0.3 micrograms.
